Work at Amplify
Amplify is dedicated to transforming the K–12 classroom experience and empowering teachers, students and parents in new ways. We’re looking for other believers, innovators and optimists to join us in creating the digital products and services to realize this vision.
Who we are
Based in New York City and with regional offices around the country, Amplify is powered by a collaborative team of education, technology and creative professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and teachers.
We’re a community that rewards innovative thinking, prizes communication and takes fun so seriously we even have a committee for it. Employees recharge at events such as tech meet-ups, talent shows, movie nights in the park and bowling nights.
Amplify is seeking a mobile games architect to help create English language arts, math, and science products that combine rich, interactive experiences with analytics designed to meet the rigorous demands of the new shared learning standards.
Meet some of the talented, innovative and passionate people behind Amplify.

What we offer
We don’t merely want to keep our employees busy — we want to keep them fulfilled, engaged and eager to come to work every day.
Our robust suite of health insurance options includes coverage for spouses, domestic partners and children. We also offer a 401(k) plan with an employer match, as well as long- and short-term disability and life insurance. Employees can also take advantage of a pre-tax commuter program and monthly gym discounts.
Full-time employees who are enrolled in accredited college or university courses related to their areas of work are eligible to receive tuition reimbursement.
Opportunities for inspiration
Amplify employees are encouraged to give back through our Volunteer Time Off program, which allows employees to take two days each year to contribute to a charitable or nonprofit organization. Our company also participates in the nonprofit Citizen Schools initiative.
