"The whole gospel of Karl Marx can be summed up in a single sentence: Hate the man who is better off than you are. Never under any circumstances admit that his success may be due to his own efforts, to the productive contribution he has made to the whole community. Always attribute his success to the exploitation, the cheating, the more or less open robbery of others. Never under any circumstances admit that your own failure may be owing to your own weakness, or that the failure of anyone else may be due to his own defects -- his laziness, incompetence, improvidence, or stupidity." --American economist Henry Hazlitt (1894-1993)

Meet today's protestors otherwise known as Occupy wall street of the 99%. They gather to protest and complain about what others have while they ignore their own shortcomings and bad choices. I guess our students are learning the lessons of socialized education well. I just wish they learned a lesson in economics 101 instead.

I have a #ASD daughter who will be 16 next week. She has had her permit for 6 months now. She started driving with a licensed instructor and then with us. She drives at night and on the freeway, though not during rush hour. We will postpone getting her license until at least age 17 maybe longer mostly for insurance cost purposes.

I definitely recommend driving schools both classroom and an on-rad instructor. This is required in our state anyway to get a license before age 17.
