After rumors yesterday of Arab League condemning the actions of force taken against Libya now we are confronting a division of interest on what should happen with Gaddafi In the very begging the U. N . Resolution was agree to a Not Fly Zone and TAKE ANY MEASURE need it also the Arab League was agree to those terms also according with 1973 section . Russia and China abstain of vote because the use of term to take any measure to protect the people of Libya as hasty .
