Cutting an funny apple. I love eating an apple that I’ve cut with my pocket knife, slice by slice. You feel like a bad ass doing it. Until this happened I carried a small Swiss Army knife on my key chain – it’s pink…never thought it was a criminal act! I just find it handy for everything from getting dirt out from my fingernails, to opening a package or envelope to yes, cutting an apple…never even thought of it as a potential weapon. Corporate limited liability laws (CLL) [the corporate veil (tCV)] is a major obstacle for implementation of UN and other covenants’ prevention and jurisprudence ex ante and ex post facto Corporate Human Rights Violations (CHRV) and International Corporate Crime (ICrC). I.d. aggregates the inability of States and International Bodies to farther establish unified e.g., Lex Non Scripta common law with adjudicative and prescriptive jurisdiction and to apply the Lex Scripta civil and criminal laws to reduce infringements of the human rights and impunity in cases of corporate violations and criminal acts. The responsible Minister who play innocence and in his role as Minister of Justice nothing did against sabotages of the investigations into the gangs, and thus the crime and offenders supported and of persecution indemnified, and thus simply itself a criminal of the highest order, is by Di Rupo nominated as Advocate General at the European Court of Justice. The European Union is obviously one bad apple and don't protects its citizens, on the contrary. As most are aware, delivery companies ring the door bell and leave the package on the front doorstep for residents to retrieve at a later time. In at least two of our recent cases, the packages were stolen in less than 15 minutes of when they were delivered. At this point we are not sure if the delivery trucks are being followed, but this type of criminal activity is common during the holidays. Most thieves are looking for electronics and high end gifts that they can profit from. The surplus equipment includes grenade launchers, helicopters, military robots, M-16 assault rifles and armored vehicles. And the program's recent expansion shows no sign of slackening: Orders in fiscal year 2012 are up 400 percent over the same period in 2011, according to data provided to The Daily by the Pentagon's Defense Logistics Agency. "The trend toward militarization was well under way before 9/11, but it's the federal policy of making surplus military equipment available almost for free that has poured fuel on this fire," Tim Lynch, director of the libertarian Cato Institute's project on criminal justice, told The Daily.
