Hmm...what do you think about all of Facebook's changes? I thought they were not scared of Google+. Hmmm...

I used to go to Canada a couple times each year and got a number of American coworkers hooked on Coffee Crisp. It is still one of my favorites. Ritter sport I have heard of as well and can be found here in the States at a number of (mostly) high-end retailers, although it's the type of thing you might also find at 7-11 when you buy your lottery ticket. A virtual guarantee of no payoff versus a guaranteed payoff of Ritter Sport? I will take the chocolate.

I am always one to point out how Google is about to DOMINATE search with the addition of Social Search by way of Google+. Now it is interesting to see Facebook try to step it up into this area.

I suspect that we will find out in the future that DA Vance will profit greatly from his mishandling of the case. The message? Organic is the only "passive" way to get daily free traffic that will have a better chance of conversion. Whenever I look at traffic, I always look at the time vs. reward factor. If I can get 15 hits a day from an article that took me...

An excellent article showing how a good content strategy can leverage the principles of curation to create evergreen content.

One really interesting technique (of many) is juxtaposing timely articles with timeless content. That's a great strategy for authority bloggers.

Ok, so maybe it does payoff in the long run have that 9 to 5 job. I think I'll take longevity over money. McDonald's management? Anyone?

These numbers really are not too surprising. They bring out facts you may not have already know and lead to some clues about how long it will be until the US housing market recovers or at least begins to look more positive.

For people to sell one home and buy another today is a challenge born out in these statistics: If you have to bring money to the closing when you sell just to cover the difference between payoff and sales price you may not have enough to purchase a new home. If you do a short sale you damage your credit for at least 2 years or longer depending on your situation.
