What we offer
We don’t merely want to keep our employees busy — we want to keep them fulfilled, engaged and eager to come to work every day.

Full-time employees who are enrolled in accredited college or university courses related to their areas of work are eligible to receive tuition reimbursement.
Opportunities for inspiration
Amplify employees are encouraged to give back through our Volunteer Time Off program, which allows employees to take two days each year to contribute to a charitable or nonprofit organization. Our company also participates in the nonprofit Citizen Schools initiative.
